Is there a way to find out WHAT is being text back and forth via online services for the other party within our plan? I can find out date, time, and who, but I would love to know if there is a way to find out the text'd info.

Without a subpeona from a judge, there would be no way to view what is actually in the text messages.

If you are in a legal battle where you need that content, you'd have to store it on the phone, or forward to e-mail and print. Doubtful that the latter would hold up in a court case though
