The zune software and kin twom are already synced and working properly. Music and pictures transfer back and forth flawlessly but the video I have recorded on my phone does not transfer to my PC. I will drag and drop the video on my phone into the little PC symbol on the left side of the Zune software or I can select the video(s) and "add to collection" but it does nothing. WHY? 
This has made the video recording a completely useless feature if it cannot be transfered to my computer.
