Have had a recurring problem with several of these phones. The list is limited to the most recent call (incoming or outgoing), it will appear 4 times (identical) and not go back any further. Previous calls to Verizon have resulted in resetting the phone by taking battery out or they do something else on their end and it will work for a couple of weeks before doing this again. When I get tired of doing this, I return to Verizon and receive another refurbished phone, I'm currently on my 4th or 5th replacement in 8 months. When I make another call or receive a call, that number replaces the previous call and is again listed 4 times. This phone is a piece of crap, I do not want to return it to Verizon as it will prolong the date I can eventually get rid of it for good.
Anyone seen this behavior before or have any ideas?
