Internet Access

Help - suddenly I have no Internet access on my Blackberry Bold. Email and all other applications work fine. What's the problem?

The first thing I would try is a battery pull.

If that doesn't get your internet back, then check your settings to be sure you are set for the right connections. Does it show a signal or wifi available?

Is there a Verizon store nearby where you can take your phone to have someone here look at it?
