E-Mail Problem - Question

I've had the phone for six months with no significant issues.  Recently, when I send an e-mail, the recipient informs me that the message is a jumbled mess - this now happens with every e-mail I send.  Appears to be an encoding issue - any ideas?

Try waiting for the email app to finish the sync or loading before creating the email to send.

I have had that issue with my Eris and that only thing I could determine why it happened with some emails was how fast I went through email creation.
