Text messaging in VZAccess Manager questions for laptop

What plan price if I buy a data card and only use for text messages with laptop?

And How can I make in-coming text messages set to a bold and large font on all text messaging in VZ access tab location?

Mobile Broadband is simply a cell phone line dedicated to a BroadbandAccess signal, so you could add any text package that would for any cell phone with VZW. They come in $5,10,15,20 dollar packages.

This is great, but how do I send/receive text messages on my computer? Can I do it with a programmatically? Can write code that sends/receives text messages?
