To install any drivers that may be needed by Windows to support a handset after installation you need to follow the steps below:
1. All Programs Verizon V CAST Media Manager Install Drivers
2. You will see a list of drivers that are needed by Windows to support the handset. Select your phone's manufacturer (HTC) from the list to install the drivers for the Incredible.
No offense to the Verizon employee who posted, but I would suggest not installing any VCAST Media Manager. First of all, it's not needed to manage your own photos, videos, or music--you can simply connect the phone to the computer, select "Disk Drive" when the phone prompts you, and use Windows Explorer. Second of all, I read too many disgruntled comments about how clunky and intrusive VCAST is.
