Missed Calls

I am disappointed in the options to to set an "Alert for Missed calls"

You would think a $400 state of the art phone would have an option as the old cells had

I miss so many calls and if I don't look at the top header a few times I miss important business calls

I have taken this question to many different Verizon reps and they cannot do anything for me

The notification bar works fine for me, however if you want a more advanced missed call alert, try Missed Call in the market place. It is a free app that allows you to customize your missed call notices, even allows you to setup a repeating notification.

i type "missed call" in the search and get 378 results. can you specify which one to look for? thanks

If you simply want to know you missed a call why is the complaint that you've missed the calls? Wouldn't you answer a business call? I get a notification that's the same for texts missed calls and voicemails...im just lost on why there is an issue not knowing you missed a call that was intenionally missed?

The App Is called 'Missed Calls'. Its a highly rated app, just read the description and look for the screen shots.

I have the Missed Call app also. I've had it for months now, and it works great. Unfortunately, I just looked in the Market and it's not there anymore. Don't know what happened to it, but it's gone. I guess you'll just have to pick another one. There are several out there that will give you periodic reminders of missed calls and texts.

Yes its not there in the market anymore unfortunately, but I think you can still find the .apk and install it with astro file manager. But otherwise there are tons of other apps in the market that does similar things if not the same.

No app is perfect, you just have to use them and see which one suits you best.
