Self-made ringtones to SD card

I have upgraded from an Envy2 to a Droid X. How can I transfer my ringtones that are saved on my computer to the SD card using USB cable? I can send them separately via text message but that will take forever. I do not have an audio file.

I know how to do all of that but I don't have a "Media" folder on my SD card. I have "Documents", "Music", etc.

All you have to do is create the folders....
