Email settings will not Stay set!!!

My DROID A855 has not always been like this but, I tried to change my Email Notification Ringtone recently, and navigate away from the page and come back to it. To find out it has not changed. Now I realized that no settings that i try to change that has to do with my email will stay set. Any ideas?

A soft reset may resolve the issues outlined on your post. To perform a soft reset on your phone please follow the instructions below:

 

Remove battery with phone ON. Replace battery after 10 seconds. Power phone ON. Allow phone to complete the applications registration.
