My Intensity 2 screen is froze on the Verizon start up screen, I have tried removing the battery but no luck. It never gets past the Verizon name & logo. Anyone have any ideas?
Someone else posted the same problem with the same phone. It seems if it doesn't boot up after removing the battery for a few minutes and then putting the battery back in a few times, then there's no other fix other than calling in to ask for a replacement to be shipped to you. If it's within a year, it's still under warranty.
