Is it possible to add contacts to the desktop - and if so how do you accomplish this?
Thanks to the community for your responses. The buddies now widget will allow you to add contacts to the desktop of the phone
Have you tried using the "Buddies Now" widget? It should have been pre-installed on your phone.
It wasnt pre loaded and when I search the market it just brings up a bunch of games.
Just to make sure, long press on an empty spot in your home screen(s), select Widgets, and go down to "Buddies Now." If it's not there you could call Verizon support. When I received my Droid Charge this widget was installed and already loaded on my home screens.
