Network Authorization Failed

Got a new Samsung Intensity II last month and I discovered that I cannot send or receive picture messages. The error I get when trying to send a picture text is “Network Authorization Failed”.

I have tried the *228 option 2 to update the phone and also confirmed with Verizon Support that this feature is enabled.

Anyone encounter this before?

Try *228 option 1, and also do a battery pull with the phone on, then reinsert the battery and restart the phone. See if either of those fixes it.
