Let me see if I can further assist. I am not showing a setting for Factory Test. If you are referring to a factory data reset, that erases everything on your phone and resets the phone to default settings. Where do you see this setting? Is this in an application?

I did Google searches on the term and related terms and came up with a lot of hits, but none that told me what the app does. There were a lot of posts in other android forums indicating the app was safe to remove (however, you would need to root the phone and this would void your warranty).
