Voicemail Problem - Motorola Droid

I have a Motorola Droid with Visual Voicemail. I'm trying to record my greeting message for my voice mail. I've tried the steps on other post on the forums saying to dial *86, enter password, and press 4. Everytime I press 4 it plays my saved messages. Is there any alternative ways I go about doing this? If so can you please text me at {edited for privacy}

The steps of using *86 (send)and password with pressing the number 4 in setting up your personal greeting is the only way available for this function.
