I've tried updating my phone's software multiple times (via wifi or 3G) but it's never succeeded. I even took the phone into a store and the tech came back out after a few minutes and said everything is fine, just try running the update again. Still nothing. I've tried restarting my phone and running the update. I've turned my phone off, pulled the battery out, and then restarted the phone but the update fails. I've tried reverting my phone back to factory settings but still the update failed. What gives?
