I had the very issue and once I changed the SSID to a single word no spaces it worked great. What are the network wireless specs of the hub anyways? B/G?

We have had the Hub now for almost 7 mths and almost weekly it has an issue have contacted support and they said that it is a software issue and they tried updating the software still has issues and it's my lifeline to my Home in Australia.
It failed when my Father died and they said it was my internet then and we had that checked an it's working fine.
DON'T Get the Hub it's not somthing to enjoy using
