Motorola Droid, nobody can hear me talk :(

Hi there, for about a week now every time somebody calls my phone they cannot hear me. I can hear them. I have tried speakerphone with no success as well as blue tooth without success. This is very frustrating and was wondering if there is a fix to this other than taking it in and getting a new one.

May I have you verify that bluetooth & wifi is turned off on the device. After that do a battery pull & update your prl by dialing *228 send & select option 2. Once completed, please retry the audio issue with a test call. If problem still persist, then I would recommend doing a factory reset on the device. This can be done by the following steps below. 

 

From the main screen, touch menu tab
Touch Settings
Touch Privacy
Touch Factory Data reset
Touch Reset Phone
