Why doesn't the alarm make any sound even though I have the sound on the highest setting? All other sound settings seem to work.
I had troubles with this too at first!
Tap the Alarm & Time icon-> Menu Button(along the bottom of the phone)-> Settings-> Alarm Volume.

I already tried that and it still doesn't work. However, I got a suggestion from another user that did work...turn off the increasing volume setting. That did it! Thanks for your response.
