How to you disable 911 Locator

And how do you dis-able 4G when not in a 4 G area

Any help is most welcome

You can't completely disable the E911 locator. You can turn off the gps so that only the cell towers can be used by emergency personal.

As for the 4G off, your best option is this application.

Turning off the GPS does not disable the GPS for E911. You cannot turn that feature off. It is there for a reason, so that when you call 911 and have no idea where you are at I can press a button on my phone and get your location from your phone and get help to you. Why would you want to turn that feature off anyhow.
