Is there any way I can block certain people from sending picture messages?

You can't specifically block a person from sending picture messages, but you can block them from calling and sending messages, period.

Log on to your VZW account and then go to the my services tab, you will then see some vertical menus to the left. Choose the last one called Verizonsafeguards, click it, and then choose spam control. Go ahead and add the numbers here you wish to block... FOR FREE
