I have MP3 ringtones stored on my computer. I would like to use them on my Pantech Cruz. I can copy the ringtones to the sounds folder on the cruz, but that doesn't allow them to be used as ringtones. Thanks for any suggestions.

You can try to have the ringtone on your device by sending the ringtone to your phone as a Multi-Media Message (picturemessage).
Then after sending the message, use the steps below to have the MP3 ringtone set as a ringtone.
From the main screen, tap setting, then Sound settings. Scroll down to ringtone, tap More. Select the ringtone Tap save as ringtone.Ringtone saved and set now displayTap Yes or no.ringtone Set displays. You can try to opn the mms message to play it and save as a ringtone.
