I had to do a hard reset. now I cannot connect to the network using my browser. The "Mobile Network has been "turning on" for 20 minutes. Okay, fine, I have a problem, so I call Verizon. *611 tells me to call an 800 number and they tell me to call *611!!!!! I am in Central Arkansas and going to be snowed in for days!! WTH?? I cannot believe I cannot get support...anybody, please, help?
