It is fresh out of the box and if will continuously reboot and sometimes will just turn off with the only way to get it back on is to remove the battery. I did find that as long as I leave the display on this does not happen at all. If the battery lasted longer and calls weren't dropped every 30 seconds because of this issue I'd just get the extended life battery (which should be included with all these phones). I've done all of the recommended actions such as resetting to factory defaults, removing all apps, and updating the phone. My only option appears to be request a new one and hope that one works!? What kind of **bleep** is that? I am so frustrated since I have had Verizon for over 10 years without any problems until now.
