Not sure where to post this so Verizon will get it, but hopefully they will read it.
I upgraded from an original Droid. Wish I hadn't. This thing has so many bugs it's scary. The store clerk says there hasn't been an upgrade since it was released.
They stuck quite a few apps on here that are impossible to remove! If you can't remove them, you should AT LEAST be able to shut them off so they won't run wasting processor and battery life. I don't want a stocks app, vz navigator, Flicker, Peep or VCast Apps.
Also, the volume level of the phone ringing and notifications is very low.
Also, when in the car dock, sometimes the screen will stay on, sometimes it goes black. If it has power and in the dock, it shouldn't go to sleep, just dim. My droid did this great.
It duplicated all my contacts when I got it from the store. I'm still removing duplicates.
For being such a large company and wanting to be competitive, Verizon drops the ball A LOT.
The only good thing about this phone at this point is the large screen. Maybe once we get 4g in my area this year, the speed will outway the bugs, but not now it isn't
