what's the best way to test your download speed and get an accurate number?  I tried the speed test app and it says I'm only getting an average of 4MBPS.  That can't be right unless there is something wrong with my phone.  I have full signal and am only 10 minutes out of the heart of Minneapolis.

these guys are getting about 20mbps in your area. i would take it to a verizon store and test one of their own 4g devices next to yours. if there is a big difference then ask them why. if they don't know, then tell them you want a new tbolt.
