Should I Switch?

I have the KinTwo M right now, and it's okay. There's a few bugs that **bleep** me off entirely. I hate the fact that there's no backup assisstant and there's no onscreen typing. My grandma currently has an enV touch and she's upgrading to an iPhone this Monday (yes, my grandma) and she's gonna give me her enV touch. I'm considering switching. What should I do?

The Env Touch and Env 3 have gotten more returns to VZW than any other phone.....

I've heard that, but I've used my grandma's for couple days consecutively and hers is that 1 in 1000 exception.

Did you purchase the Kin within the past 14 days and are you thinking of returning it? If you've had it less than two weeks and already don't like it, return it and save your upgrade.

If you're past 14 days, you have nothing to lose by activating the EnV Touch. It won't change your contract or upgrade dates, and you can switch back to your Kin anytime if you don't like the EnV.
