How can I transfer contacts from VX3400 to new VX5600. I am told that Backup Assistant won't work with old phone.
You can bring both into a Verizon store for them to do it quickly. However, some reps do charge for this.
Or you could look into a software called BitPim for your computer. It's used to transfer contacts, wallpaper, ringtones, texts, calendar entries, etc.
I'm not 100% sure your phones are compatible, but it's worth a shot to check it out.
