Our X will not recognize the SD card---phone message will say "not installed" or "not mounting" Removed card and put back in, turned off phone, etc.---still will not recognize the card.
Any suggestions? Thanks.
Test card by trying to read it in a different phone or SD card reader.
Test phone by trying to read a different card.
Report results back.
