LG Ally is being weird

So after I changed some features on my LG Ally, it stop receiving picture messages. I mean I still get them but all that pops up is a download button and that's it. I can't view the picture or anything, and every time I press the download button it doesn't do anything at all. Do anyone know what's wrong with my phone?

You said you "changed some features" - which features did you change? And what did you change them to?

It sounds like you have all data disabled, which would prevent picture messages from being delivered to your phone. I would call Verizon customer service, and have them check your account, and your line specifically, to see what type of blocks you currently have. If there is a total data block, have them remove it so you can get your picture messaging back. If you want to block web access, and prevent app downloads and stuff, you can do that without affecting your picture messaging.
