Withdraws

I was wondering why these services are running on my phone all the time.

 

Network Locations Services,

Cloud to device Messageing Service,

BadgeProvider,

Skype moblie,

Download Manager2

 

I don't even use Skype and why can't I just turn it off.  What is the Network Locations Services why is it running.

 

No wonder the battery is dieing on these phone all this useless services running all the time.

Network locations service is either a Verizon or a Google thing. I would guess it is tied to the gps and cell tower location and your relative location to those items.

BadgeProvider would be the one I would worry about. Mostly because I have never seen it before.
