I've had mine for about a month now and I'm very happy so far. I've had none of the issues that I've heard others talk about. Call quality is good incoming and outgoing, no rebooting, battery life has been excellent. Good luck.
I've had the Brigade for three weeks now. I like how this device works with two exceptions. One, the lock for the outside buttons is cumbersome when you are talking on the phone. Two, the "Corporate Email" capability is not very capable. The service uses Remosync, which may or may not be compatible. If you go to the Remosync website, the phone is compatible. Verizon says otherwise. Right now, Verizon is supposed to be finding out what the problem is with the program. If they cannot figure out what the problem is with Remosync, I may have to find another phone to satisfy my company's requirement for email access. I would rather keep this phone, though. I like the sturdy design.
I've had mine for 2 months... I love this phone! I have to keep an eye on it though, because my teenage son wants to test the waterproof function - And while I trust that the phone is waterproof, I don't want to tempt fate!
There r people on line that will help you with that VZ is not going to do anything you will be lucky if it works if you let them update your phone. You can't let someone work on your phone that they only way they make money is sell you a phone. Only way to kill a casio is update the software. They killed my rock and all I wanted was music I bought the phone off e bay and handed to a man that just ask me to by a commando for 175 dollars. I was not stoned just stupid.
