I bought a new car with Bluetooth connection to my cell phone. I pair the phone to the car's systems and it stays connected for a few minutes then disconnects. I dug through Verizon's web pages and found to make the connection, my phone must be at software level W8990VW9331F.179 which is not currently on my phone. I went to a local Verizon Store that suppose to do software updates, but they did not have that software level. How do I find a store that has the correct software, the local store manager was at a lost on how I should proceed. I am not returning my new car. I will change cell phone services to fix it!
