Certain person can't receive some of my texts.

I have a Droid X and a Verizon Signal Booster at my house. My brother recently got the Iphone for Verizon, previously he had a Droid. Since he got the phone he hasn't received any of the texts I send to him when I am within range of my signal booster. If I am out in town I can text him just fine. I can receive any texts he sends me regardless of where I am and I can text everyone else just fine while within range of the booster. I have tried dialing *228 and resetting my signal booster but it hasn't worked.

Thank you for your inquiry. Can your brother receive text messages apart from the use of Network Extender? When you are making a call while using the network extender, do you hear a double-beep when it first connects? If not, try to disconnect the Power Cord from the Power Outlet for 30 seconds, then re-connect the power cord to the power outlet. Allow up to 20 minutes for the Network Extender to complete the startup sequence. After that, make sure the firmware on your router is up-to-date (this info should be in the router user manual.)  Also, log in to My Verizon and under the Network Extender, click Manage and ensure there are no errors. Once you have address the concerns with the Network Extender, please see if your brother is able to receive the text messages to his device when he is located inside your house.
