There isn't a way to add a signature to your text messages on this device. There's only an option to add a signature to your email. I would recommend what vereyezuhn suggested. You can search for a third party application on the market place that may allow you to do this.
If it's not under the Messaging Settings when you go into your messaging app, you'll have to download a 3rd party texting app such as Handcent.
