I want to change my voicemail that I recorded a year ago on my Alias 2, but it only gives me options to delete or save voice messages. Can someone tell me how to change it?
Dial in to our voicemail, and choose option 4 (Personal options) , greetings, personal greetings...and follow the prompts to record a new greeting.The attached diagram may help:
