How does one transfer photos from microSD chip on phone to iMAC computer??????

Tried to import photos from new Intensity II phone.  Photos were taken with different phone (Motorola LG).  When trying to import pictures from phone to the iMAC it gives error message----' file is in unrecognized format'.  FAQs do not help resolve this.  Help!

I would be glad to help with transferring pictures. Are you using a SD card reader? The pictures were saved in a different area if the SD card was in a different manufacturers device.The Intensity would not be able to see them. You would need a reader or you can email the pictures if the old device was still active.
