Env 3 wont turn on

Question

I plugged my env 3 in to charge using the carger but instead of plugging it into an outlit i used the usb and and plugged it into the computer. when it asked to sync i stupidly clicked data. it worked for awhile then all of a sudden it powered off. now when i try to turn it on it goes to the verizon wireless screen then goes black.

is there anything i can do to fix this. i tried taking the battery out for 10 min and then turning it on still didnt work.

please help!

It sounds like the battery did not charge. Do you have the wall charger? Use that and let it fully charge. Then see if it works normally.

TO charge the phone via computer it needs to be connected to a 2.0 USB port directly to the motherboard - not a keyboard or hub USB port.

Try fully charging it on a regular wall outlet.
