This morning, woke up, phone won't text. Recieve Cause 1 Error 3. Tried calling out on it, got an error 11 switch 6(dash)7. No idea whats going on.
Try a battery pull and then call *228 and choose option 1
It gives me the switch error when I call *228.
Sounds like a tower may be down.
You may want to complete a soft reset for your device. I have provided these steps below.
1. Remove the battery while the phone is powered on
2. Wait 60 seconds
3. Re-attach the battery and power on
