Where do I begin?
I bought my phone exactly on the first of June. In about three weeks I had to get a replacement, I had to replace the replacemnt and it went on for about a total of 4 replacements. I experienced everything with this phone. Over heating, the worst my CS rep at the store experienced. The HDMI suddenly stopped working. The LTE was not working. The phone suddenly would get stuck. Now with this last phone that I feel like throwing at a brick wall I experience the following: My phone will suddenly close out my text message and go back to the home screen. Same thing with some of my apps. I will choose an app..same thing, closes out and goes to my home screen. Then my phone freezes, resets itself, turns off and lags. It will be 15-20 second lag at times. Did I mention suddenly turn off and not on, throughout the day? I use this phone as my only phone and alarm clock, so I bought the dock. Now it suddenly loses all service throughout the night and when I try to reboot it, in my room, the VZW service does not come on, UNTIL I GO OUTSIDE WITH IT and no I have never had this problem and yes I live in a 4g area. Now the camera will freeze when I press the button, or take a black picture or freeze the phone altogether.
I call customer service and tell them to not tell me to do the same thing over, because I have already done it before I call them: "turn phone off, take sim out, etc." Their answer has always been the same, let me send you a refurbished phone.
I hate this phone!!! With the amount of hassle I have gone through and the amount of money I spend on my monthly bill I would think that someone can give me another option other than go through this crap.
Oh and let's not forget, still on FROYO!
Oh and I forgot to mention, my 5 month old phone isn't worth a dime to VZW, I appraised it through their recycle program and they offered me $80 bucks. That is how crappy this phone is.
