We are using the built in mail app to run hotmail, and before everyone tells me to switch to some other email service, or forward messages, or use a different app from the the one that comes with the phone, we actually LIKE the built in app. the problem is that it worked absolutely perfectly for 30 days...on day 31 it failed and of source Verizon said tough luck--can't return the phone after 30 days even if one of the primary features failed, and has been erratic ever sense--countless problems. OK, so we tried a couple other apps, including the "official'" app from MSFT, but still prefer the original.
Anyone else having similar problems, and if yes, were you or VZ able to resolve them??
