For PrePaid Plans.......

Are you charged for text/picture/video messages that are not opened ?No as long as you do not open the text.

Are you charged for voice mail that is not listened to ? No as long as you don't listen to the message either by cell or landline.

Can you block phone numbers ? I think you have to call customer service at 1-888-294-6804 to block phone numbers

Can you have text/picture/video messaging shut-off ? Yes call customer service at the above number.
