Kin 2 setup

I keep getting an error when I try to due the intial set up on my Kin 2, had to get a replacement old one broke, when you first turn it on and it says "Set up your kin account" and i enter my Zune or Windows live ID and hit next it says "can't reach windows live ID service right now." It's been doing this for days and it is really aggravating does anyone know how to fix?

I am also experiencing this issue. I took it into a Verizon Dealer and all they had me do was turn on the wireless and enter windows live ID account after restarting the phone. That didn't work.

I can definitely help get these Kin 2's set upSetting up your phone via the Windows Live ID must be done through a data connection. Please ensure your data connections are set up properly on the device before proceeding to the sign in screen. Here's a link for the setup screens. If your data is working, and you are still unable to sign in, please ensure you are able to sign in using the desktop website. It's possible that some security setting has been triggered.

Did you have the original Kin Two before (the smartphone) and you were sent the Kin TwoM (modified to be a feature phone) as a replacement? The screen shots posted here look like they're for the smartphone that connects to these services, but the M model does not connect this way ... the M is basically a feature phone with Wi-Fi.

I am having the same problem. When the phone starts up I am prompted with the "Setup Your Kin Account" - http://i.imgur.com/p8fJw.jpg

Then when I touch "Cancel Setup" it directs to this - http://i.imgur.com/sCgIj.jpg
