Something is wrong with the phone when someone calls they don't hear me and i don't hear them...my touch pad has no sound at all can anyone help me on this i haven't aclue what happned
Is the phone less than a year old or are you due for an upgrade? Sounds like it's dying.(but you can't hear it)

What good is a phone if you can't hear the other party, and they cannot hear you? I definitely understand the frustration! I would like to help.
First I want to ask a few important questions to eliminate any possible factors. Is this happening on every call? Does this happen when using the device in any specific area (building/indoors/outdoors)? Do you use any type of wired or wireless headsets or Bluetooth? Does audio work when using speakerphone? Has your device gotten wet or had any physical or liquid damage?
I would also like to suggest soft resetting your device by powering down, removing the battery for one minute, reinsert battery and power device back on.
Please let me know the outcome of the soft reset and any answers to the questions.
