An update was available and downloaded. After download msg stated phone unusable for 15 mins, install? y/n. After yes response, phone shut off with just update/download logo/emoticon on front screen. It has now been over an hour and there has been no change on the screen. Is anyone familiar with the next "undocumented" step??? Thx in advance.
