My phone has been rebooting, locking up and overheating randomly for the past 2-3 months. THe volume on the speaker has dropped about 40% as well. I can't ever seem to reach Verizon because of my work hours and the local stores are all third party. What is the easiest way to contact support? I left Verizon several years ago due to getting the run around over a phone that wouldn't charge Sprint was so much better at fixing issues then, hopefully I can get by the one Verizon corp store in the next week to get this fixed. Other than a rant has anyone else had these issues and will I have them to look forward to again in the refurb they will send?
