I just got my new kin onem in the mail today. I was very excited plugged it in to charge and started to follow instructions for set up. Only when I went to the screen to select an option the touch screen is frozen! The screen currently says: HELLO! iHOLA! ENGLISH (UNITED STATES ESPANOL (ESTADOS UNIDOS)
I tried taking the battery out and putting it back in but the touch screen does not respond. This is a touch screen phone isn't it? Can anyone help me?
