My emails are set up correctly - but cant them to refresh or push HELP!!!!!!!!!

You may want to power cycle the device, then check the email limitation settings (steps below),and email account settings (steps below). I also recommend removing the email account and re-adding it back to your phone.

Email limitation settings below:

From the Home screen, select Apps (lower-right corner).
Select Email (under Communications). If already in the desired account, skip to step 6.
Select the menu icon (lower-left corner).
Select Accounts.
Select the account.
Select the menu icon.
Select Account Settings.
Select Number of mails to sync.
Select the option.
- 50 mails
- 75 mails
- 100 mails
- 200 mails

Server addresses, security information and additional support can be obtained from the email provider.

Select the menu icon (lower-left corner).
Select Accounts.
Select the account.
Select the menu icon.
Select Accounts Settings.
Adjust the settings.
1. Verify or edit the account title and account name.
2. Select Number of emails to sync then select the desired option.
3. Select Change login settings, verify or edit the information then select Save.
