Accidentally dragged my Bookmarks into the Remove button - Can I recover these?

I accidentally dragged my entire bookmarks page on my Droid Incredible into the Remove button, deleting them. I have no idea why this is so easy to do on Droid and why there is not a "are you sure you want to delete" message. 

 

Anyway, is there anyway to recover these bookmarks, or do I have to start all over again from scratch?

I would go into the widget list (I have an HTC so it may be different for you) and look for the bookmark widget. The bookmarks are still there just not being shown.
