New to the forum....ive tried to manually download the update but i get a try again later message, is this happening to others? any ides on what i should do?
If the message says, "Your phone is up to date" Then relax... The update will catch up with you. It can take from a few days to a week or two to get everyone updated.
If the message says, "The service is unavailable or something to that effect", then there may be a problem with your phone. Call tech support. They will help you fix it and get the update.
